Head of the Musicological Library.

Jana Vozková (née Novotná) studied musicology at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University (PhDr. 1985, CSc. 1991). Since 1984, she has been working in the Department of Musicology at what was then the Institute of Theory and History of Art, Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences, at first in the library and later as a doctoral student and independent researcher, a position she maintained in the newly established Institute of Musicology (1993–1999). Between 2000 and 2005, she worked on grant projects in the music department of the National Library and the Czech Museum of Music. In 2006, she returned to the Czech Academy of Science as the head of the library at the Department (later Cabinet) of Musicology at the Institute of Ethnology. From 2011 she has led the long-term project of re-cataloging the library's collection (VISK5). In 2014, she began work on an on-line musicological bibliography.
